Amy is very helpful when I call. She's always able to answer my questions! Lawn Doctor provides our weed control, fertilization, PH monitoring, lime application when needed, and insect control when requested. We're very happy with this company. Our tech this year was usually Peter, who has done an excellent job with email follow-up to keep us informed of his evaluation of our lawn and possible needs. Without fail, he honors our request for gate usage to keep our fur babies safe. He informs us in advance of the day he'll be servicing our lawn. We tried a couple of other lawn services when first moving here five years ago and were not happy with them. We're very happy with Lawn Doctor of Madison! AND, their customer service techs are awesome! They're very informative, polite, and professional. ~ Cindy R

Lawn Doctor of Madison has taken great care of our lawn since we bought our home 5+ years ago and began using their services - our grass looks great and they treat us like family, which I was not expecting! I recently got a puppy and was concerned after the most recent treatment (an agreed upon yearly schedule) was applied unexpectedly. Multiple team members responded right away to my after hours email to assure me their products were safe for kids and pets, and even shared personal experience with me. They really make me feel cared for. I love that their services require no involvement from me - they show up and make my yard look great, and work with me to troubleshoot when it doesn't. ~ Jordan P

I have to admit...I wasn't sure if I had made the right decision when I switched from another lawn service over to Lawn Doctor. After all, the price I was quoted by Lawn Doctor was a full half of what I was paying for another well known lawn service. Well...They put my mind at ease right away. The service has been great as well as the results! My lawn looks great. I started with Lawn Doctor just last year because my neighbor was using their service. Boy, my yard looks fabulous! I have been with Lawn Doctor for a number of years now. I used to do my own weed control, fertilizing, aeration, over seeding grub control but as my time became less, I decided to try them out. I'm very particular but have been nothing but pleased with the service, the prices, the technicians and the office personnel anytime I had a question. This is our first time with a lawn service and we are very happy with the Lawn Doctors. We get an email when a treatment has been applied to our lawn and there are recommendations for what our lawn needs. We are under no obligation to do those things but we appreciate them. They do answer phone calls, also, which is great! Our lawn is looking much healthier and greener with just two treatments and the dandelions have pretty much disappeared. Lawn Doctor was just what I needed as I struggled to keep up a decent lawn. Service has been prompt and always includes what's promised--and they send a report after to confirm. Friendly, helpful. Now they can meet the fertilizing schedule, rather than me forgetting! Lawn seeding was great--took some watering afterwards, but new grass just popped up and filled the gaps. Our church used Lawn Doctor to dormant power seed our new lawn in late 2023. Lawn Doctor also fertilized the lawn for all of 2024. It took awhile but the lawn thickened and improved significantly. Just finished our 1st full year with Lawn Doctor and we’re delighted with our experience. Our lawn was in seriously bad shape with our previous service and they screwed up and did core aeration cutting wires for outdoor lighting and a robotic mower. They are the only lawn company locally providing power seeding, which is the most important thing for growing a healthy lawn. Next year I'll get on their fertilizing and insecticide programs as well, so they can coordinate with power seeding, which I'll have done again as it provided good growth this year. ~ Pi

This is my first season using Lawn Doctor. I previously used Tru Green. Lawn Doctor applied my first application and I noticed some dandelions still on my lawn. I contacted Jerry and he had someone come out to my yard the next day to re-apply!! I have so far been very pleased with my switch:) THANK YOU ~ Amy G

I cannot say enough about this service out of the locally owned Middleton location. Our only regret is not switching to Lawn Doctor sooner. The differences are so noticable! They contacted someone at the corporate office to get me more information on options that I can use to solve the problem. We've had Lawn Dr service our lawn for over 10 years. They treat it for early Spring, late Spring, Summer, early & late Fall. They listen to what we want done and adjust the treatments to fit our needs and as a result we have a attractive yard that we can be proud of. We have received many compliments on how our yard looks. Lawn Doctor’s power seeding is looking pretty nice after 3 weeks. Peter came out and looked at our yard, which was in pretty bad shape. He gave me tips on lawn care, watering, and weed control before power seeding. Excited to see what it’ll look like in a few more weeks. ~ mitchdpg
